It's February 14 & love is in the air...or is it?
Valentine's isn't just about romance. It's roots are also entrenched with meaning & celebration as the first real day of Spring--the day of seed planting for future gardens to grow, a ritual of "sewing" secret acts of kindness for karmic replenishment & return, even a commemoration of the light in one's life--especially after a long cold dark winter, figuratively and literally! AND what great intentions for a yoga practice!
This Valentine's, create a meaningful tradition for yourself with a renewing practice that will challenge limits, restore the spirit, and open you up for the season to come...not to mention a few sweet & aromatic surprises. Treat yourself this holiday weekend!
Class packs, memberships, or drop-ins ($18) valid. Not a romance or couple-centric class.
♥️ Welcome to a special Valentines Day experience planned for you and your Beloved ♥️Tantra...what is it anyway… isn't that some thing about sex?
Well, your close.
As an Individual, Tantra is about experiencing the fullness of your energy and sensation with all of the chakras including your sexual fire. This powerful energy somehow became taboo in our society and Tantra introduces a beautiful way to cultivate a healthy relationship with this part of yourself. These practices help awaken the sweetness of this vital energy and encourage you to connect it with with you heart as well as you whole sensing body.
How does this spark intimacy with my partner?
When we get can cultivate this connection with ourselves, our capacity to feel free and alive with our partners begin to grow. We deepen connection with one another as we explore presence, healthy communication, and pleasure centers in the body. We get out of patterns and open curiosity about what makes each other spark and actually learn about what fuels the fire.
I am constantly hearing how couples crave more quality time with one another. The intention of this evening is to ignite the energy of presence, quality of touch, touch and fun in order to create a richness in the moments you do have to drop in. Even one present breath together can have strong Potency and help retain the magic of your intimate connection.
Our daily lives don't always allow for hours to connect so this workshop offers tools in which you can help enrich the moments in which you do. These Neotantra practices may also cultivate a deeper sense of connection and energy in your times together whether it be a few moments or a whole chunk of time you may have carved out to play.
Emily Weer is a certified Tantra teacher through the Chandra Bindu Institute and has been guiding yoga, meditation, tantra, sound healing, and wilderness therapy for over 22 years. Her love and joy radiates into the room in these moments and is known to create a comfortable environment for you to experience the magic of tantra.
This evening is fully clothed and designed for couples. You are asked to bring a blanket or sheep skin from home to create a comfortable space together. Please connect with Emily if you have any questions via firstname.lastname@example.org
