Namaste wellness challenge

We want to inspire you to show up for yourself. So we created a Wellness Challenge. This Friendly Challenge will be from March 15 - May 31st. 

Stop by the studio to put your name on your own Wellness Challenge Card. 
These cards will be kept at the studio, so no need to remember to bring it with you. Every time you complete a task, just talk to your yoga teacher or practitioner to sign off that you completed the task. 

On May 31st we will tally up all of your completed tasks.  Get 12/16 get a free class card. Get all 16 and win a yoga class pack, massage gift certificate, a yoga mat or other goodies!
