Last May I was in Fiji. Serendipity brought me and a 19 years old friend from Kauai together on the island of Taveuni. Kelly has been in Fiji for 12 years and is an expert in scuba, snorkeling and surfing. I'm delighted to get back to the ocean, the lush green jungle, the warm tropical air, fresh fruit and fish, and the friendly and musical culture of the Fijian people. Join me for yoga, hiking, meditation, music , and ocean time in Fiji this May. It's a delightful country, playful and nourishing!!!

THIS IS AN 8 SESSION COURSE THAT TAKES COURAGE, DISCIPLINE AND DEEP SURRENDER. WE WILL USE THE TEACHINGS FROM ROD STRYKER’S BOOK, THE FOUR DESIRES. THERE WILL BE MEDITATION, MOVEMENT, DEEP RELAXATION, WRITING, SHARING, ACCOUNTABILITY AND CONNECTION. WHEN WE ARE LIVING OUR LIFE’S PURPOSE THERE IS GREAT FULFILLMENT.
