Intention to Shine : NYE Yoga Flow

Join Marybeth to close out the year in celebration of all that you are and all that you do.

This class will encourage you to release doubts and uncertainties through focused breathwork.  Inspire you through poses and words designed to uplift, strengthen, and restore you to the radiant self you already are. We will conclude the class with an intention setting meditation.
