Restorative yoga involves nourishing poses designed to restore and revitalize your body and mind. Poses are held for 8-10 minutes and involve the use of props to support you. Restorative yoga is a gentle approach to yoga and is excellent for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
During this workshop yoga instructor Marybeth will guide you into relaxing and comfortable restorative poses that you can melt into while Massage Therapist, Victoria Buck, will be offering therapeutic adjustments that will create peace, stillness, and healing for your body & mind.
