Then this workshop series is for you. The series will focus on specific areas to help you ease your discomfort. Our bodies are intelligent and will adapt around pain or injury, however this compensation can lead to future misalignment and discomfort. Our bodies work in a holistic manner, each part is needed to perform at its best. Often we are overcompensating, misusing and underusing our musculature.Take the time to realign and heal yourself. This special series will focus on particular body areas each week. You can join all series at a discounted rate or select one or more that are geared toward your needs.
Each workshop will be 2 hours long and give you the tools you need to recover on your own at home.

Move easy like it's Sunday morning and gradually bring balance into the body and mind with gentle flowing movements, deep stretching, and calming breathwork while enjoying LIVE music from local multi-instrumental musician & yogi Sam Ravenna. His offering for this yoga class will be a mix of moody acoustic guitar music along with some soulful renditions of his own original songs and some intentionally selected covers. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!

On Sunday August 11th, enjoy a fun-filled bike and yoga event. Get outside and then learn proper stretching techniques for post-riding. Coral will guide us on a ride from Namaste to pedal on the Legacy Trail. Marybeth will lead a 45minute post-ride yoga session to release muscles from the ride. No experience needed.
