Meet our Practitioner Ann Marie Sheridan Ann Marie moved to Truckee/Tahoe in 2002 to begin her full-time career as a yoga teacher and massage therapist. From working at various clinics, wellness centers and hospitals, Ann Marie learned about the impact of injuries, and is continually inspired to discover how massage techniques and yoga can help reestablish a healthy and balanced lifestyle for her clients. Her sessions can be specific and deep, targeting areas of tension. They can also be more relaxing, just let her know! In 2013 she began practicing Lymphatic Drainage massage and continues to learn more about this fascinating modality. She also does Prenatal massage and has special bolsters to help make the mothers-to-be more comfortable. If you're feeling stuck, clear out stagnant energy, grief and trauma with a deep Subtle Body Balance Session. Release and restore your subtle body and open up to a new state of being. Ann Marie has been working with the chakras and subtle body for almost 30 years. You will be in a safe environment with healing hands. |

There is an additional $50 transportation fee for locations beyond Truckee. These areas include: Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, Donner Summit, Tahoe City, Kings Beach and beyond.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you are a "no show," you will be charged for the full amount of the service. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged a fee of $50.
We do our best to accommodate unforeseen weather conditions that arise within the 24 hour window and you will not be charged if you cannot reach us due to weather.
