Meet our Practitioner
Carol Hockridge Carol absolutely loves teaching Pilates. Her “take” on it is a combination of physical therapy, full body strengthening and stretching, and internal massage. She always feel energized, stronger and more aligned after a Pilates class. She suffered a stroke 15years ago, and had many injuries. Pilates is her go-to form of exercise because it is a mind/body experience and mobilizes the body in order to get it to function optimally.
