This FREE event aims to connect the local community. The hosts want to bring in the changing of the seasons with intention. Whether you are looking to be inspired or simply feel more inspirational, this gathering will weave together several modalities to create a space of belonging, a sense of joy, and inner peace among friends.

Bring someone who inspires you or someone who desires inspiration and community.

This workshop is to encourage people to embrace and use their voice without fear of reproach. Each voice is unique like a snowflake, rare and beautiful in its unique way. This workshop will help you to better understand your voice, help open your throat chakra and solar plexus. You will leave with a deeper connection and appreciation for the power and magic of your own voice. There is no pressure to preform, this is just a judgement free zone to nurture and embrace your true voice.

Fascia (a vast network of fibrous connective tissue within the body, pronounced “FAH-sha”) plays an invaluable role in the body's health and functioning. It acts as the framework for the body connecting all muscles, organs, ligaments, tendons, and bones.
When we have tension, or tightness in the body the fascia is restricted. It dehydrates, stiffens and weakens. This 2 hour long workshop aims to promote relaxation and restore our fascial fluidity through the use of yin, therapeutic, and restorative yoga poses, fascial release methods with Therapy balls, and self-massage.
The workshop will have you feeling lighter, relaxed, and connected. All levels are welcome.
Structure of the workshop consists of :
· 15 minutes of discussion/education on fascia
· 10-minute meditation
· 1 and ½ hours of restorative yoga poses and fascial release with therapy balls
COST: 25 ($30 day of)

Emily & Andy will bring a shamanic-influenced soundscape of ethereal tones, gongs, singing bowls, flute, chimes, voice, drum and harmonium along with a whole lot of love. While you bask in the symphonic ambiance, Lauri will be providing the potent and powerful practice of Reiki Energy Healing, a gentle laying of hands on the body, allowing life force energy (Prana, Chi, Ki, Ka, Wakan, Orgone are some other names) to bring a greater state of joy, ease and harmony to ones entire being.

Take a journey into the subtle and fascinating realm of the Chakras. This 2-hour workshop is the pre-cursor, a taster, to the more in-depth, 7-week series offered in October/November of 2018, "Healing Through the Chakras". This shorter workshop will be designed to give you an introductory taste of what the Chakras are, how they show up in our lives, recognition of empowered/disempowered states, and how we might step out of the esoteric realm and use them practically as a "map" to healing. There will be some discussion intermingled with embodied experiences of the Chakras through Asana (movement), Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation. Please bring a journal for notes and reflection.
