Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a way of revealing and revising the patterns that are operating outside of conscious awareness. NLP relies on sensory input (pictures, smells, tastes, sounds and feelings) to communicate the language of the mind and body, making it more easily available for transformation and change than it would be with traditional coaching or habit changes. NLP can also be used to fix phobias, heal multi-generational family patterns and update unconscious belief structures that are influencing well-being and preventing health.

Mick Connolly

Mick Connolly has spent the bulk of his life helping others, first as an Army Medic and then as a Firefighter. In those capacities, he came to the aid of comrades, victims and patients. His career as a firefighter was cut short by multiple injuries over the years and ultimately by those sustained in a rescue.

He utilizes Transformational NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to help individuals figure out exactly what they want out of their lives, identify what is holding them back, and in partnership with his client, updates the beliefs that are keeping them from living the life that they want.  Now, he continues to help people in a different way with a goal of assisting his patients to have a better experience in life.
