Carol absolutely loves teaching Pilates. Her “take” on it is a combination of physical therapy, full body strengthening and stretching, and internal massage. She always feel energized, stronger and more aligned after a Pilates class. She suffered a stroke 10 years ago, and had many injuries. Pilates is her go-to form of exercise because it is a mind/body experience and mobilizes the body in order to get it to function optimally. With over 23 years of teaching Pilates, and 30 years of teaching group exercise, her appreciation for this form of movement grows each time she teaches and practices.
