There is an additional $50 transportation fee for locations beyond Truckee. These areas include: Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, Donner Summit, Tahoe City, Kings Beach and beyond.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you are a "no show," you will be charged for the full amount of the service. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged a fee of $50.
We do our best to accommodate unforeseen weather conditions that arise within the 24 hour window and you will not be charged if you cannot reach us due to weather.
